Dr. Vasiloudes earned his MD from Philipps University in Marburg, Germany (1987) and his PhD (summa cum laude) in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Freiburg (1989), with research conducted at Rockefeller University in New York and Philipps University Marburg. His residency training in pediatrics at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia gave him an exceptionally broad clinical foundation.
Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Vasiloudes founded Delta Clinical Research to bring precision clinical trial infrastructure to Tampa Bay. He holds a fellowship from the American Academy of Pediatrics and serves as a volunteer assistant professor at USF in the Department of Pediatrics.
As Principal Investigator, Dr. Vasiloudes oversees Delta's clinical trials across Phase II–IV and multiple therapeutic areas, grounded in decades of medical practice and a firm commitment to regulatory excellence and participant welfare.

Dr. Zook is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in both Pediatrics (2005, recertified 2015) and the Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine subspecialty (2010), with Maintenance of Certification current in both. She earned her MD from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University (2002), completed a dual-institutional pediatrics residency at Jefferson and Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, and returned to Jefferson and Christiana Care for a three-year Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship.
As Principal Investigator at Delta, she leads pediatric, maternal-fetal, and neonatal trial initiatives, bringing 17+ years of in-house neonatology through Onsite Neonatal Partners, including 11 years at Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando, plus medical-director consulting for Blue Cross Blue Shield (2018–2020) and Centene Healthcare Management (2020–2023).
Her peer-reviewed work in the Journal of Perinatology includes a 2009 first-author study on placental pathology in very low birth weight infants of preeclamptic mothers and a 2006 paper on racial disparities in prenatal care. Earlier research earned the Philadelphia Perinatal Society's Thomas R. Boggs Jr. Research Award, and she currently leads three quality-improvement studies at the St. Joseph's/Candler Health System.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Zook has served as a neonatology consultant in Ghana and volunteers with Mercy Ships and the Mama Project, and is a three-time recipient of the St. Joseph's/Candler "We Care" Award for Values in Action, chosen by staff and patients.
